Dr Leonid Sharashkin is the Series Editor and Co-founder of The Ringing Cedars Series By Vladimir Megre. He is the Founder of Ringing Cedars Press—the Publisher of the Ringing Cedars Series in English. Mr. Sharashkin holds a PhD (Forestry) MPA (Natural Resources Management) from the University of Missouri at Columbia where he wrote his doctoral dissertation on the spiritual, cultural and economic significance of the Russian dacha gardening movement. After receiving a Master's degree in Environmental Policy and Natural Resources Management from Indiana University at Bloomington, Leonid headed the Conservation Finance and Economic Programme of the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF Russia) in Moscow. He also served as editor of The Panda Times, Russia's largest environmental magazine. Translation of the Ringing Cedars Series took Leonid three years reworking it until every sentence of the English created the same powerful emotional impact and "feeling" content as the Russian. Enthusiastic readers purchase dozens of copies for those they love. The Ringing Cedars Series has been called the “primary vehicle for facilitating earth transformation”.
