About Suzy Miller
A qualified Speech Therapist Suzy Miller received her Masters in Education degree and a BS from the University of Central Oklahoma. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with psychologists, social workers, educators and medical professionals, and has worked as a private consultant to several schools, clinics, and Child Development Services organizations serving preschool-2nd grade children diagnosed as Autistic, ADD, ADHD and nonverbal. Over the years Suzy has presented successful and eye-opening workshops for parents and professionals on the gifts of Autism, ADD, and ADHD. In individual and group settings, Suzy utilizes her skills to offer a unique insight into the brilliant gifts inherent in today’s children.
A true visionary, Suzy is the Founder of Blue Star Brilliance, LLC, and an international respected speaker and author. Her groundbreaking book Awesomism: A New Way to Understand the Diagnosis of Autism is currently being translated into Swedish.
Suzy currently combines her consultancy career in the mainstream educational and corporate arenas with her work as a Multidimensional Communication Specialist who is advancing the consciousness of parents as well as their understanding of the special gifts, needs and potential of their children.
